everyone has a name, and mine is courtney. i'm sixteen years old and i can finally drive, and i have to say i love it. i live in a small town, and though i do prefer big cities, this is my home, and i wouldn't change it for the world. i laugh too much at things that aren't funny, and try to make a lot of jokes that probably aren't funny. i love the rain and the colors of fall. how perfect that they seem to roll around at the same time. i'm on the road to becoming a cancer survivor. if anything, getting sick has turned me into more of an optimist than anything. i love to write, most short stories. it's my goal to publish a book by the time i'm 18. i like music, too, mostly indie. i'm a bookworm, and i've almost always got a book on me. i like having bonfires, and then trips in the dark to the gravel pit. i'm kind of geeky, but i like it. i'm also a ~blogger. there's a link to it at the bottom of this, so go check it out. art, taking pictures, going to concerts, and just letting loose are some of my favorite things.
